South East Water's PS28 Bill Simulator

Explore how your service choices could affect your water bill

Introduction

South East Water is planning the services it will provide in the future. To deliver these services, the organisation must also plan how much it will need to invest and what this could mean for customer bills.

This tool lets you explore how different choices and priorities could affect the average water bill.

Your responses will help South East Water understand how customers feel about possible bill changes and the types of investments that matter most.

Why your feedback matters

Every five years, South East Water must submit a price submission to the government regulator. This submission outlines the services it plans to deliver and the prices it proposes to charge customers.

The regulator that reviews this submission is the Essential Services Commission.

Customer feedback helps inform:

Customer input has helped shape services in the past, including many services currently provided through water bills. Your feedback will help inform future plans.

About this survey

This survey takes about 10 minutes to complete.

You will be asked to enter your current water bill and explore how different choices may affect it. The bill changes shown are examples only and help illustrate possible future cost changes.

Your responses are confidential and cannot be identified individually. For more information, see South East Water’s Privacy Charter.

There are no right or wrong answers. We are interested in your views.
